Finally we reach the end of the bird families I have to show. The last is the family Viduidae, the Whydahs. This is another strictly Old World groups, and one of the coolest-looking birds we saw in Kenya. was the Pin-tailed Whydah, Vidua macroura. It's pretty easy to see where it go t it's name. The bird itself is only about the size of the sparrow, but it's enormous tail makes it look much bigger. I don't know much about this group unfortunately, other than it's a seed-eater.
